Fairmont Hotels and Resorts
Bob Vitagliano, CITE, and Sandi Cottrell are working with Fairmont Hotels and Resorts to develop an individual incentive travel program. This project will culminate in the launch of an individual award product that will be introduced to the marketplace within the next several months.

The Motivation Show
John Udell managed the Scholarship Program and the Destination Seminar Showcase events at the recent 2001 Motivation Show. Both programs are designed to attract first time incentive, meeting and group travel buyers and travel decision maker influencers to the Show. Over 75 key executives signed-up for the educational programs which featured presentations on the competitive advantages of European, Caribbean, Southern African and the Pacific Asian regions. This innovative approach benefiting both buyers and exhibitors is sponsored by Peter Erickson of the Motivation Show.

The Meeting Manager
Sandi Cottrell plays a key role in developing branding and media relations strategies for leading Southern California DMC The Meeting Manager. The firm has called upon Sandi’s expertise for the design of new marketing materials, including a new logo, the tag line “Designing the Destination” and the launch of their creatively interactive new web site, www.themeetingmanager.com. Ambassadors Performance Group
Ambassadors Performance Group, a major California-based incentive company, completed their first Incentive/Meetings Industry Summit in June. Bob Vitagliano, CITE, organized the event that brought 70 users of incentive travel and members of the press together to discuss the key issues effecting the meetings/incentive industry in the near future. Key speakers were Dr. Tom McDonald, John Ueberroth, Peter Ueberroth and Bob Vitagliano, CITE.

Tour Hosts Destination Management
