Bob Vitagliano is the principal of V Associates,
a consulting firm specifically dedicated to the development of incentive
marketing by consulting with and educating corporate users and incentive
suppliers alike. He is also a partner in fourCE.org.
He has experience as both a buyer and a provider of incentive rewards,
and has diverse expertise on the financial and marketing side of the
business. Vitagliano worked at SCM Corporation as a marketing executive
involved in the use of incentive programs, and later was Western Regional
Manager for Dittman Incentive Marketing, a full-service incentive marketing
company.
In 1987, he earned the Certified Incentive Travel Executive (CITE) designation
from the Society of Incentive & Travel Executives. He served as
Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of the Society
from 1993 through 1999.
Vitagliano speaks frequently on the subject of incentive motivation
and has extensive experience helping companies set up incentive programs.
